Job Description Summary
To strengthen Airconditioning (RAC& CAC) B2B solutions providing capability.Acquiring B2B network by recruiting industry key personnelEnhancing Product and B2B channel B2B strategy by referring to competitor’s business structure.Utilizing B2B Winning experience to increase winning ratio of B2B bidding.
The successful applicant is responsible for developing and maintaining B2B Partner Relationship (Direct and Indirect) across UAE with clear objective of achieving the company targets in quantity & revenue across RAC& CAC products. He will also be responsible for in-country B2B development engaging with Consultants by initiating local Sales & Marketing strategies. The position involves managing shared resources for tender sensing, retaining, acquiring, and developing corporate customers across strategic verticals. He will support the Head of the Division in putting together the Airconditioning B2B strategy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Establish Revenue and Profit goals that align with the business strategy:
•Analyze customer requirements and promote company products achieving and increasing all targeted revenue and Profit goals
•Able to achieve sales targets as set by Management
•Develop strategic relations with key contractors, consultants by regular visits and continuous communications
•Updating the sales pipeline on regular basis to provide adequate forecast on secured projects and projects on finalization.
•Complete the sales process with timely collection of Payments.Building Haier business for products to cater to different market verticals:
(Residential, Hospitality, Education, Health, Industrial & Government projects)
•Defining major consulting and design companies as Haier’s customer and develop and maintain relationships with government, private sectors, and consultant accounts.
•Technical Product Presentations to the consultants, contractors and key accounts.
Product-Market-Competition Analysis
•B2B line up selection for region with clear parameters of spe against competition.
•Continuously monitor the trends in market and technology for the B2B Space.
•Competition bench marking with Haier products to make SWOT analysis and prepare battle cards (for offensive and defensive)
•W project analysis and synthesize the information to increase winning ratio
