POSITION: SALES MANAGER
SALARY: up to 10,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus commission

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ANY nationality
Male or Female, 30 years old and below
EDUCATI REQUIRED:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any related course
At least 3-5 years of ISA experience, preferably from an IT Solutions Company; preferred candidates with package software sales experience
Strong knowledge and software selling experience like ERP software, SAP, and etc.
Proven track record of successfully meeting
and exceeding an individual sales quota for a B2B technology or software offering
Strong value-based and consultative solution selling sales methodology (TAS, Miller Heiman,
SPIN Selling etc.)
Experience with, and commitment to, using a CRM tool and selling premise-based and Cloud (SaaS) software solutions
Must be self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently in a start-up environment
Driving license is a must
Excellent communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prospect and build a sales pipeline for the Outside Sales Managers via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods
Identify sales opportunities with SAP’s installed based customers and new accounts by telephone
Manage opportunities to develop SAP’s installed base customer accounts and new accounts by telephone
Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face appointments with Outside Sales team
Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting
