Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, actively listen to their requirements, and provide knowledgeable guidance and recommendations on product selections. Ensure customers feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey.
Sales Generation: Engage with customers in a proactive and helpful manner, identifying their needs and suggesting suitable products. Utilize your product knowledge to highlight the features and benefits of our offerings. Strive to achieve and exceed sales targets by closing sales and upselling additional items.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including features, benefits, and pricing. Stay updated on the latest trends and industry developments to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Attend training sessions and review provided materials to enhance your product knowledge.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, establishing trust and loyalty through exceptional service. Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have. Maintain customer records and communicate relevant information to the management team.
Visual Merchandising and Store Operations: Assist with maintaining an attractive and organized store environment. Participate in product display and arrangement to enhance visual appeal and product accessibility. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including opening and closing routines, cash handling, and security protocols.
Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by effectively communicating and cooperating with team members. Support and assist colleagues as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Enthusiasm for sales and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Product knowledge or a willingness to learn about our offerings.
