Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using a blend of conventional and hi-tech connectivity.
Conduct, doent, and communicate analyses and evaluations of customers’ preferences, business potential, and competition actions in h territory.
Meet and interact with target customers and key business players defining sales potential, promoting, and selling the assigned products.
Support Customers by phone.
Ensure skillful technical support to Customers; follow up on customer contentment regarding the equipment system installation, start-up, utilization, and maintenance.
Report on action plans, customer responses, achievements, sales potential, and competitors’ rivalry.

o Bachelor’s degree (Engineering; Civil, Electrical & Mechanical is an advantageous)
o A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in application or sales engineering in an industrial environment.
o Must have well-developed PC skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Must be able to address multiple issues at the same time and work well under pressure.
o Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
o Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships
o Excellent time management skills
o To be persuasive, sales driven, customer focused, and a team player
o Valid KSA driving license
o Fluency in English language and Arabic.
