• Displays and selling of merchandise (jewelry & accessories) as required by brand and by direction of own.
• Advises customer on quality, cuts, or value of merchandise (jewelry & accessories) and in selecting alternatives if item required by customer is not available.
• Informs customer of various selection of merchandise (jewelry & accessories) and assists in the purchasing, sales and wrapping (if needed) to brand image standards.
• Collection of customer information during sales of merchandise (jewelry & accessories) for store database.
• Abiding by store uniform and appearance as directed by own.
• Manages sales, returns, exchange and customer complaints of merchandise (jewelry & accessories) under supervision & approval of own.
• Assures store and office condition before, after and during operation is always clean, tidy, and maintains brand image.
• Maintains stock of merchandise / expenses / invoices with accordance to store regulations, alerting own of any losses, damaged or stolen items daily.
• Pricing and tagging merchandise carefully as directed by the own.
• Weekly sales reports and progress of sales are sent and discussed with own.
• Promotes brand in accordance with brand image set by own, approaching customers with assistance whenever needed.
