Job ObjectiveAs part of the sales team in Saudi Arabia, the primary role of this position is to maximize sales volume, minimize outstanding sales, achieve distribution targets, implement agreed marketing standards, collect receivables and maintain high levels of customer service. Operating procedures must be followed to ensure standards continue throughout Saudi Arabia to support these key functions. In addition to these duties, the advancer will provide recent market information to his supervisor to develop any sales opportunities. You will also be required to attend training courses designed to improve levels of professionalism and customer service. The applicant must have a daily discussion with his supervisor.
Key Responsibilities Sell a full range of products to an agreed list of customers. Sales will be measured based on pre-agreed targets. Loaded goods levels must be below the agreed target provided by his supervisor. Customers must receive service approved by a supervisor. Contact frequencies and daily route plan are crucial to maintaining the customer satisfaction levels required of the company. The supervisor will review the actual clients visited daily during daily discussion sessions. Conduct daily and weekly vehicle verification as specified in operational procedures. It is the seller's responsibility to maintain the sale vehicle in a clean and driveable condition, and any defects or damages must be reported at the earliest opportunity to the supervisor. Supplying customer orders ready to ship on time. Full details including arrangements for delivery must be included. Maintain individual customer stock levels according to agreed requirements to ensure minimal run-out issues. Advance is responsible for executing in-store promotional merchandising agreed upon and maintained by the Supervisor. When there is additional support from the company's distributor, the advance will agree with the supervisor on the planned arrangements in the stores. Inform the supervisor of any relevant competitive activity occurring in the area served. Daily communication of all check, cash and credit sales. Staff should always be attentive and well tidied. Maintain high driving standards and comply with traffic laws. The following KPIs will be used to measure performance. Qualifications
Diploma, bachelor's degree, or equivalent. 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and account building. Communication skills, negotiation skills
