**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the building materials sector.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE construction industry, including market trends and key players.
- Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with building materials products and their applications.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
**Responsibilities:**
- Identify and target potential clients within the construction industry in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and stay informed about industry trends.
- Present and promote building materials products to clients, providing technical information and demonstrating how the products meet their requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Prepare and submit sales quotations and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding customer base.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
**Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
**Working Conditions:**
- This position involves frequent travel within Ras Al Khaimah and occasionally to other parts of the UAE.
