Responsibilities:•Lead Generation:•Initiate outbound calls to provide leads.•Engage potential clients in English, Hindi, Urdu, Filipino, and Arabic (if applicable).•Effectively communicate the value proposition of our digital marketing services.•Meeting and Follow-ups:•Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.•Conduct follow-up calls to nurture relationships and address inquiries.•Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads to the next stage.•Email Communication:•Compose and send compelling introductory emails to prospects.•Articulate the company's services and unique selling points clearly and concisely.•Maintain professional and effective email communication.•Sales Experience:•Demonstrate a proven track record in digital marketing and sales.•Utilize past experience in selling digital marketing solutions to enhance the sales process.•Showcase proficiency in understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.•Email Composition:•Craft persuasive and well-structured emails to engage leads.•Personalize emails based on client requirements and preferences.•Use creativity and industry knowledge to make emails stand out.•Client Follow-ups:•Implement effective follow-up strategies to keep clients engaged.•Address any concerns or objections professionally raised by clients.•Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.•Tele Sales Focus:•Prioritize and excel in telesales activities.•Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and engagement.•Leverage language proficiency to connect with a diverse clientele.
Qualifications:•Fluency in English (mandatory), Hindi, Urdu, and Filipino; Arabic is an added advantage.•Proven experience in digital marketing and sales.•Strong telecommunication skills and ability to build rapport over the phone.•Excellent email composition and communication skills.•Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
