We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead our sales team to new heights. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales performance, coaching and developing team members, and implementing effective sales strategies. As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for:•Setting sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them•Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives•Providing ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance their performance•Monitoring sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement•Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives•Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Requirements:•Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets•Strong leadership and communication skills•Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment•Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
