We are looking for a talented Salesforce developer to design world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM requirements. As a Salesforce developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors
To ensure success as a Salesforce developer, you should have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability to solve complex software problems.
Requirements and Key skill needed for Salesforce Developer:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in IT with significant experience in IT applications development, project management, knowledge of operating systems and software
· In which, minimum 3 years of hands on development experience as a SFDC Developer with Sales and Service Cloud, including the use of data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, and Salesforce for Outlook)
· Knowledge of lightning components, XML
· Hands on development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Javascript, Eclipse IDE, Web services, API, SOAP, REST API, Process builder and Flows, Outbound Messaging, Reports and Dashboards Experience of any OOP (C#, VB.NET, Java etc.)
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments
Must be a self-starter, with the ability to work independently without constant supervision and micromanagement
Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with Global IT and business team members
Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong customer service mentality
Salesforce.com Developer certifications. Salesforce Sales Cloud certification is a plus
Java Developer or SQL certification
Knowledge of front-end Tools: HT, bootstrap, Ajax, Javascript
Working knowledge of mavensMate or eclipse.
