You will be the primary point of contact between the salon clients and the salon team. You will be directly working with our Salon Owner. You should be capable to manage customers with elegance, even amid peak demand hours. You will assist us in boosting our reputation by building friendly relationships with clients. You must be a great team player and have the ability to stay calm whilst working in the high-pressured environment.

*1+ years of experience working as a Salon Receptionist or Receptionist or a similar role.
*Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
*Exceptional communication (oral and written) skills.

*Good customer service and organization skills.
