• Bachelor of Science (BS), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science or equivalent.
• Development and deliver SAP standard as well as custom Fiori applications
• Strong consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services in a senior role
• SAP Fiori Product and architectural knowledge, covering all aspects including the components that make up a Fiori application and the requirements to implement in an existing environment. Evidence of thought leadership in this domain is preferable.
• Should have thorough and deep knowledge about different databases and strong understanding of organization’s goals and objectives.
• Strong communications and leadership skills and be able to work in stressful environment
• should have Business Analysis, Analytical, and Negotiation and Conflict Management Skills, Ability to architect web, mobile and hybrid web apps for the SAP product suite, Ability to consult with business users to understand their usability challenges and define UX solution requirements
• Experience in leading User Experience (UX) Design processes involving personas, wireframes, user focus groups etc.
• Ability to interface with visual designers to conceptualize and develop user experience designs
• Hand-on experience in building, integration and performance tuning of SAP provided Fiori apps and custom apps, Familiar with open source w frameworks such as HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, JSON, etc.
• 6 years’ experience of SAP User Experience & Mobile Solution. Involved in at least two complete mobile implementation projects, SAP BO Design Studio Experience.
