Female Office Secretary:

Responsibilities:
Professional communications skills, Excellent use of Microsoft Office.Must have ISO – knowledge and Travel agency experience. Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email.
Book meetings set up conference calls, and take messages and minutes during meetings. Perform administrative tasks, including filing. Write emails, memos, and letters. Manage database and client files. Order and maintain doentation. Organize and distribute messages, Make and confirm travel arrangements, and Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence. Maintain confidential department fil. Perform routine bookkeeping tasks. Could you help with presentations and reports.]

Qualifications
[ High school diploma or graduation, writing and communications Skills, 5 years Experience in the travel agency as a secretory, Excellent verbal and written communication, ISO information.
