Secretary / Front Office / Personal Assistant (PA)
Statutory records: maintain registers, ensure requisite retention of documents and records, buy necessary stationary articles for the office;
Arrange meetings: phone calls, arrange meetings, manage emails, etc.
Guidance, coordination and communication search for logistics
Translation of documents, emails, phone and other communications.
Data entry: updating database, administrating Google Calendar, etc
Own a personal laptop computer and phone (expenses covered by the company)
Advanced english level (spoken and written)
Basic notions of G-Mail, Excel and Word
