Job Description:
The Secretary Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and facilitating effective coordination between sales representatives, clients, and other internal departments. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. The Secretary Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth sales operations and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities:
•Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and maintaining sales-related doents and records.
•Sales Coordination: Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments. Coordinate sales activities, track sales progress, and assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and proposals. Provide sales representatives with necessary materials and support for client meetings and presentations.
•Customer Relationship Management: Assist in maintaining customer databases and contact information. Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate information regarding products, services, pricing, and delivery. Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of customer issues or complaints.
•Order Processing and Tracking: Receive, process, and monitor sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Update sales representatives and customers on order status and estimated delivery dates.
•Sales Support: Provide sales representatives with product information, sales materials, and samples as needed. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and distribute sales promotional materials. Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
•Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze sales data, such as sales trends, customer preferences, and market competition. Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team for improving sales strategies and achieving targets.
•Record Keeping and Doentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, contracts, agreements, and customer interactions. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
•Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with different departments to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.


Candidate Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree
•Proven experience in administrative support and sales coordination roles.
•Proficiency in using office software, such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

•Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles.
