- Preparing concept plan and presentation based on client’s requirement.
- Preparing preliminary architectural design drawings based on the authority standards such as ADIBC, CD and DOT.
- Preparing detailed design drawings for clients approval
- Guiding the other team designers with proper coordination and follow up with structural, MEP, DOT & Civil defense to proceed with their design based on the Architectural drawings.
- Preparing DOT drawings and GIS drawings.
- Architectural drawings submission to the authority by manual and through online to get the drawings approval done.
- Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
- Preparing 3d Modelling and Rendering.
- Preparing Estidama (PBRS) Drawings and documents.
- Preparing drawings for three credit submission.
- Preparing DWF for Authority submission.
- Supporting the site engineers in all phase of construction.
- Checking the Architectural Drawings and contractor shop drawings.
- Years of experience : 8yrs - 10yrs
- Industrial experience a must
