TadweerFP , a prominent player in the recycling industry, is on the lookout for an accomplished Senior Commodity Trader with a specialization in selling, particularly within the rubber recycling domain. Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Commodity Sales with a primary focus on sales, specializing in the rubber recycling sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Devise and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth in rubber recycling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
- Identify potential buyers for the commodities and develop relationships with clients.
- Market and promote the commodities to potential customers, highlighting the quality and unique selling points
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions in rubber recycling.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective networking and relationship-building.
3. Market Analysis and Positioning:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Position the company as a leader in rubber recycling, emphasizing sustainability and value-added services.
4. Contract Negotiation:
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and customers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.
- Ensure that all negotiated agreements align with company goals and compliance standards.
5. Collaboration with Operations:
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales contracts, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on market dynamics and customer preferences to optimize supply chain management.
6. Logistics and Transportation:
- Coordinate the transportation and logistics of physical commodities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Work with shipping companies, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to facilitate smooth transportation.
7. Financial Analysis:
- Monitor financial aspects of commodity trades, including profit margins, cost structures, and overall financial performance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize trading outcomes.
8. Doentation:
- Prepare and manage all necessary doentation related to commodity trades, including contracts, invoices, shipping doents, and quality certifications.
9. Adaptability:
- Stay adaptable and responsive to changing market conditions and unforeseen events that may impact the commodity trading landscape

**Qualifications:**
- Proven track record of successful sales in the chemical industry preferably recycling.
- Strong understanding of commodity markets, pricing mechanisms, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
