Must be a Civil Engineering graduate having more than 12 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years of Aramco experience . He should review SOW, specifications and drawings in depth . Should be able to prepare budgets, perform cost analysis, float enquiries , get quotes from vendors and subcontractors, make comparison etc. Should be able to estimate the cost, time, materials, labor and equipment required for construction projects including normal buildings , steel structures , Electrical and Mechanical services , irrigation , fire fighting , fire alarm , IT systems . Shall have enough exposure in TCF ( temporary construction facilities - huge offices and camps ) , precast buildings , industrial structures , pricing for general services contracts etc. Exposure to oil and gas field and risk assessment will be an added advantage . He shall be able to make feasibility study and shall be able to perform valuation studies if required.
