Al Manhal Engineering Consultants in Dubai is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems and products for a variety of industries.
• Design, develop, and test mechanical systems, products, and quality control.
• Develop and maintain technical doentation for all products and systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget.
• Review and comment on Contractor’s testing and commissioning results and reports, and advise Project Manager accordingly.
• Undertake general project site observati of the mechanical services works for the contractor’s adherence to the approved shop drawings and the consultant’s specification, good working practices, the construction schedule, and health & safety.
• Witness on-site piped system pressure test, air conditioning duct leakage testing, and any other tests that may be required during the first implementation work and advise the Project Manager accordingly.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to source and evaluate new materials and components.
••• 7 to 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, here in UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Plumbing, Drainage, HVAC, and Fire Fighting Design Expert.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, HAP cooling Load software, and AASHTOWare software
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as DDA, Tarakhees, Nakheel, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense.
• Society of Engineers ( SOE-UAE) valid member
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
