Job Description

· Act as a subject matter expert in the design, architecture and presentation of technical solutions
· Attend customer meetings to help identify and qualify sales opportunities with the sales team
· Specify equipment and estimate consulting, installation and support requirements
· Deliver the technical development of proposal content (BOMs & SOWs), presentations, RFI / RFP responses, and technical demonstrations, etc.
· Some implementation and support responsibilities may occasionally be required.

Area Related & Responsibilities
· Positioning and demonstrating products and solutions, setting customer expectations, developing high-level design and implementation strategy, and serving as a technical resource for creating and presenting a customer proposal.
· Playing Technical Sal Manager roles when needed, as well as maintaining the opportunity with the vendor &supplier
· Experience writing customer RFPs solution or respond to customer RFP solution, as well as playing advisory roles especially with key customer accounts & long-term business relationship customers.
· Experience to consulting among groups including network, data center network architecture, database, desktop and middleware to integrate and apply new architectures and technologies to the customer's technical infrastructure
. Assists the Sales Team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies, produce account specific product and service and sales plans.
· Reviewing and addressing information technology RF, as well as preparing & presenting the proper solutions to meet the needs in the RFPs.
· Helping the sales staff in meeting the client needs and solutions, joint visit with sales staff.
· Perform technical proposal preparation & BOQ creation
· Analyse client needs by using a formal evaluation survey (including site survey) in order to explore creative solutions to clients’ needs, establish budgets, set performance standards, and establish project parameters.
· Assist in sales deal closing through direct (client meeting) or indirect (change design) channels
·Provide estimated cost breakdown for installation, answer technic requirement and supervise implementation with the Service Delivery Manager
· Interact and coordinate with Customers, Partners, Vendors and internal teams as part of the presales process.
· Identifying problem areas and determining solutions by considering alternatives
· Contact vendor and manufacturer and follow up on requested quotes and designs
·Build, maintain and enhance customer relationships as applicable.
· Providing technical a business consultative leadership during the pre-sales a post-sales cycle. Emphasis on Technical & Hardware capabilities, software requirements and systems integration
· Demonstrating the ability to influence the customer towards the vendor products and convince the customer that we are first choice from a technology perspective
·Performing presentations and responding to technical proposals and estimation of the “Level of effort” concerning the consulting services or solution.
· Having exposure to client vertical business models including Healthcare, Hospitality, Retails, Education, government, banking, commercial, enterprise sectors, &others.
· providing consulting services according to the industry’s best practices.
·  Identifying and supporting new business opportunities, translating customer business requirements into solutions, supporting and leading teams to respond to new business opportunities and maintaining a consultancy role throughout the entire sales and implementation lifecycle.
·Work with the AM in order to lock the opportunity with vendor AMs representative to protect an opportunity and negotiates the level of discount &support.
· Communicating with the vendors manufacturers to serve the response and to source out the needed products and technology to address customer demands.
· Advise on peripheral requirements which can be recommended by the Sales team
