PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION
We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Sales Designer to participate in designing and implementing the company’s strategic sales plan, mission, vision and core values. He will be an integral part of the development and execution of Sales plans to reach targets.
A Senior Sales Designer should be a competent professional able to provide clients with function solutions, in addition to being well-versed in technical knowledge of Closets and Kitchens.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and implementations.
Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
Advises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
Must make the product popular amongst the consumers.
Up to date with new trends of Wardrobes & Kitchens (Materials, Mechanisms, Designs & Manufacturing techniques).
Practice integrity, reliability and honesty in all business transactions.
Adhere to Woodex ethical culture in doing business.
Project a positive company image at all times.
Work with co-workers as a team to ensure success.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; reading business books; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Other Ad-Hoc duties as assigned.
