Roles and Responsibility:
•Maintain and repair machinery and equipment.
•Carry out preventive maintenance and servicing.
•Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
•Assemble, install, and commission new equipment.
•Design of SPM and other machine components for machine retrofit.
•Co-ordinate and handle sitework
Qualification: 3 yrs. Diplo degree in mechanical engineering
Required Experiences:
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in service and maintenance of CNC and conventional workshop machinery.
•Experienced in troubleshooting Mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems used in CNC and conventional machines.
•Experienced in Dismantling, rectification and assembling of Machinery gearboxes, Spindle assembly, guideways.
•Experienced in installation of CNC and conventional machines.
•Experienced in machine alignment and accuracy correction.
