* Leading and developing the freight operations team
* Provide supervision, guidance, and support to all team members regarding operations, standardized procedures, and
systems.
* Team support and organization, including direct involvement in the process of quotations, tenders, and operations
End-to-end responsibility for all freight transactions
* Managing relationships with customers, including a personal relationship with current exporte, research for
new opportunities, securing and growing new business locally.
* General knowledge of freight forwarding operations, administrative practices, and procedures
Managing operations to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, accuracy, or timeliness objectives.
* Analyzing and improving Client Satisfaction and Operational Performance.
* Develop operational objectives and ensure goals are aligned with overall business objectives.
* Develop and monitor policies and practices to ensure compliance.
* Arabic Speaker
* Must have 5 years of experience in the same field
* Air / Sea / Land Freight operations knowledge
* Transferable visa and can start immediately
* Positive attitude and good team spirit is a MUST
