Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to steel structure sheds construction.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement construction plans and schedules.
Supervise and mentor construction crews, providing guidance and support as needed.
Maintain accurate records of construction activities, materials used, and manpower on site.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in steel structure sheds construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with relevant software applications (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
