Supervise and lead a team of cable pullers, providing guidance and support.
Coordinate material distribution and work scheduling.
Identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that arise during cable installation.
Communicate effectively with project managers and clients.
At least 4 years of experience as site supervisor at GCC.
Proven experience in cable pulling and related electrical or cabling work.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional technical or vocational training is a plus.
Local candidate with a valid NOC.
