We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with
targeted virtual communities and networks users. responsible for creating content
for various platforms to support business objectives, like boosting brand awareness
and generating sales or leads.
1. Support the company’s current social media profiles & presence
2. Create engaging content with the support of the concerned Marketing sub divisions and
ensure content is appropriate for specific networks to spread our brand awareness and
lead generation.
3. Condu product reviews, insights and sales reviews for our various social media
platforms.
4. Prepare the company marketing calendar on a yearly basis and accordingly follow all
approved marketing plans.
5. Develop illustrations logos, short videos, animations, reels Gifs and other designs using
software and ensure appropriate designs and colors
6. Post contents in social media platforms as per the social media calendar.
7. Brainstorm new, creative and innovative growth strategies with the Reporting
Personnel.
8. Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Report useful
findings to the reporting personnel.
9. Monitoring competitors position online i.e., websites, social media and provide brief
feedback to the reporting personnel.

4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with web & graphic design and publishing
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+
and other social media best practices
Proven graphic designing experience (is preferable)
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Familiarity with web & graphic design and publishing
Excellent multitasking skills
