A Dubai based Software Development / IT Services Company is looking to hire an experienced software implementation engineer to support our existi clients. As an implementation support Engineer, you will be responsible for installation, implementation, training and supporting various clients using different custom developed software.
Responsibilities:
Resolve tickets raised by the customers and meet SLA goal.
Design, Configure and Maintain company’s Infra and its clients.
Software installation, implementation, Training and support.
Troubleshooting and resolve Hardware, Network and Software issues.
Training clients on newly installed software systems.
Updating all IT doents and kept up to date.
Extensive knowledge of Databases like MS-SQL etc. and OS like MS Windows, Mac, Linux & Mobile OS.
Familiarity with general Enterprise apps, programming languages and Office software.
Knowledge of LAN and wireless networks.
Good communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues.
