Spa Lady Supervisor
Job Responsibility:
•Ensures that a high standard of customer care and treatment is delivered and time reporting
•Leads, motivates and directs the works of other staff
•Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures.
•Effectively drive treatment delivery to meet, and where possible exceed, targets; drive the development of the Spa
•Ensure all the booking system are managed effectively
•Maintain and manage data base
•Monitoring visitors and assisting enquiries
•Receive and greet visitors in an efficient, tactful and courteous manner
•Actively participate in regular supervision
•Ensures that a high standard are maintained within the spa and oversee the staff to ensure smooth running of operations
•Develops and maintains relationships with guest
•A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected
•Guide technicians to acquire a thorough comprehension of client's needs, mistakes and misunderstanding to be eliminated
•Assist to maintain stock level
•Total control of health & safety in the Spa area
•Perform all services to the highest quality for every guest
•Maintain cleanliness of work station and surrounding work areas
•Ensure that daily cleaning duties are observed
•Provides coaching and counseling to staff members as needed with the guidance of the Operations manager
•Take payments, post charges, enter amounts into computer, and balance accounts at end of shift.
•overseeing the daily operation of the entire spa
•Handle emergencies that arise when on duty alone, notifying appropriate personnel.
WORK LOCATION IS NOT IN DUBAI. WILLING TO BE RELOCATED AT ZANZIBAR ISLAND, TANZANIA

Requirements
•at least 1-2 years experience
•Supervisory experience
•Excellent verbal and written skills.
•Able to show initiative and make decisions
•Strong planning, customer service, organizational and analytical skills
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Proven leadership abilities and a professional, personable manner
•A team Player
•Enthusiastic, Energetic & demonstrates collaborative skills
