As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You will handle administrative tasks such as confirming appointments and taking payment for services.
Additionally, you will be responsible for creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere by engaging in friendly conversations with guests and answering any questions they may have about our services.

1. Accurately record, maintain and update all appointments in a timely manner.
2. Greet clients, answer telephone calls and provide information to customers about spa services.
3. Manage client payment transactions, including cash payments, using the Point of Sale systems.
4. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction by responding to emails and phone calls promptly.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, check times, preferred treatments and other relevant information for further reference in the future.
