Urgently Required: Spare Parts Sales Executi
This position is responsible for offering service contracts representing variety of spare parts and service sales for Heavy & Industrial Equipment products, serving current clients and increasing client database, through development and growth of business volume
Job Role:
-Ability to understand customer maintenance spare parts requirements.
-Work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales to ensure parts availability and selling of parts.
-Provide accurate spare parts offers and Tailor made solutions to for client’s maintenance by estimating all costs involved and pass equipment technical and engineering information by answering client’s questions and requests.
-Negotiate offer prices, terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs and closing sales.
-Follow up on parts deliveries and assist in collections of dues where necessary.
Skills:
-Ideal Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in Spare Parts Sales, preferably in Heavy & Industrial Equipment with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration.
-Ability to handle variety of products and customer profiles
-Technical Sales, Convincing & Negotiation skills
-Bilingual
Qualifications/Requirements:
-Mechanical Engineering Degree is preferred
-Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
