Specialty Barista
We are on the hunt for a passionate and driven barista with specialty coffee experience to work full time in our cafe.
Our cafe is focused on delivering food made from high-quality ingredients and specialty coffee. We value consistency, approachability, and genuine customer service.
We’re looking for:
Minimum of 2 years experience in speciality coffee.
Ability to dial in and work to a recipe throughout the day.
Experience with alternative brew methods (batch brew, cold drip and beyond).
Comfortable working solo on the machine while keeping a tidy work station and taking orders.
Ability to prepare simple food preparations, know how to follow recipes.
Experience with managing inventory and ordering for the coffee section.
Positive attitude and self-motivated.
