•Responsible for leading the Projects from concept design to completion stage.
•Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
•Conceptualized and Sketch design plan.
•Create ‘mood boards’ to sample your design vision.
•Work closely with designer, decorators, architect and constructors.
•Supervise work progress.
•Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.
•Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
•Candidate must have 4+ years’ proven working experience on high residential and commercial projects.
•Portfolio of Design work.
•Have a strong working experience of technical details, AutoCad, Archicad, 3D Max, Sketchup, etc. are required.
•Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
•Excellent in Communication and Presentation skills, especially in regard to communication an artistic vision.
•Project management Skills.
•BS degree in Interior Design or related field.
•Can join Immediately.
•Russian Language Speaker is a must.
•Must have a driving License.
