Perform, assist and oversee the implementation of complex software or solutions in company by in-house team a external vendors.
Evaluate business needs, develops configurations wherein required that support business process, define and execute delivery and implementations plans, test and troubleshoots final system setups.
Work closely with the Development team from vendo to test pilot studies and report results to management
Ensure solution is implemented based on the sco of the contract or professional services agreement, and within the timeline and budget
Provide training and end-user support during and after the software implementation process.
