We are well established Steel Manufacturi Industry, located in Abu Dhabi (Mussafah), United Arab Emirates, is seeking an experienced Storekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in similar industry and be able to do complete stock management , reporting, material handling and plans to support our Project /Production team in all processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Collect, process, and doent all merchandise received and paid for, assisting with inventory activities as necessary
Assist in receiving all merchandise from suppliers
Check all merchandise for discrepancies and damages.
Sort merchandise.
Store merchandise in proper location.
Maintain stock levels by checking stock on hand against sales reports
Inventory items.
Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
Skills to operate common office equipment.
1+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping.
