Operational Duties:
Partially responsible for the Store
Ensure that proper inventories are maintained and documented
Ensures issued materials are properly accounted for and recorded
Execute periodic physical inventory counts
Ensure correct and consistent stock count and tracking
Implement warehouse department policies and procedures
Execute established controls over his assigned warehouses
Ensure proper inventory classification, coding, and storage.
Inform Department Head and follow agreed procedures in case of spoilage or obsolescence of any item
Loading and off loading of material / Cylinder and warehouse to warehouse transfer
