UAE based retail looking for Chocolate Café Store Manager, which will be on charge of day to day operations of store, coordinate staff, ensure our customers have excellent experience, guarantee smooth operations with maximum profitability of the café, leading and supporting all activities to achieve cafe targets.

• Drive and maximize sales performance
• Identify opportunities to attract customers and develop sales strategy
• Staff daily brief with motivation to exceed their KPIs
• Staff awareness of personal & sh targets achievements
• Staff Monitoring in all areas, duty allocation & performance
• Prepare the schedules ensuring covering peak times in the café, as well as holiday sales and other cycles
• Following the sto, rules, regulations, policies and procedures
• Stock replenishment management with tracking management
• Stock Inventory & Suppliers management (Chocolate, machines, spare parts, packaging, shipment (driver)
• Maintain inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchase plans and maintain contact with suppliers
• Meet the store operating budget and controlling store expenses
• Following store dai report:
o Cash flow statement
o Balance sheet
o Petty cash
o Prof statement
o Operational report (inventory, Upload sh into system)
• Delivery coordination between store and customers
• Sto (Lighting, Music & Housekeeping)
• Make sure the stock room is free of damage (item damage, machine damage, etc…)
• Items on promotions must be available and presentable
• Overall management to the Web site & social media marketing channels
