Job Description

Job Title: Store Supervisor
Nationality: Asian Only
Salary Range: 1800 AED - 2500 AED

As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient workflow, excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of product presentation. You will lead a team of store associates, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Lead and motivate a team of store associates.
Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operation of the store.
Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Customer Service:

Ensure outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Train staff on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take necessary actions to improve service quality.
Operations Management:

Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining adequate inventory levels.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding merchandise handling, pricing, and promotions.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to optimize sales and profitability.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelving, displays, and backroom areas.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records and cash handling procedures.
Training and Development:

Train new hires on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing team members.
Identify training needs and collaborate with management to develop training programs.
Safety and Security:

Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols, including proper use of equipment and handling of hazardous materials.
Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and theft.
