Job Summary:
Vice President Life-Coach, to manage operations and conduct one to one sessions with students.

Responsibilities
All roles would include conducting one to one sessions with students, working with a multi-disciplinary team, and supervised by the company team, roles and responsibilities :
Develops, review, and implements curriculum, lesson plans, and educational programs for student audiences within areas of expertise.
Advises, tests, and teaches students audiences in a variety of academic subjects. Presents and reinforces learning concepts within a specified subject or subject area.
Plans, develops and oversees community outreach activities for targeted student populations. Promotes programs and recruits students through networking with local school and community groups.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Help instill a culture of development, guidance and performance within the Private Affairs Unit.
To lead strategic and operational initiatives that create both growth and efficiency across the company.
In this role, you will work directly with multiple stakeholders, including executive leadership and various cross-functional departments to successfully implement key initiatives.
Corporate & business-level strategy: Work closely with senior executives across functions – such as product, sales, marketing, business development, and finance – to set our strategy and drive key business initiatives.
Operational excellence.
Deliver high-quality teaching and learning in line with govermental curriculum and local requirements
Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Life Coach or similar role.
Minimum of +10 years of experience in a similar position..
Education:
Bachelor's degree in psychology or social science or other similar area that focus on mental and emotional development.
Master's and Phd degree is a plus.
Certificates
Life-coach professional certified.
