Job Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor at the checkout counter.
Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash transactions, process cred card payments, and issue receipts.
Ensure the correct pricing and proper packaging of products.
Bag customer purchases and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain a neat and organized checkout area and adhere to cleanliness standards.
Answer customer inquiries and resolve any concerns in a professional manner.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth store operations and customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and security.
Assist with restocking shelves and organizing merchandise during quieter periods.
