SURVEYOR – AssocRICS VALUER
Opportunity for an experienced Surveyor – AssocRICS Valuer, to join a reputable Valuation Firm. The ideal candidate is expected to possess excellent technical knowledge and inter-personal skills along with a practical experience of working in Dubai.
The Property Valuation Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys, inspections and assessments of properties to determine their values. This role requires knowledge of property valuation methods, strong analytical skills, market knowledge and know-how and attention to details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site surveys of residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare detailed reports, photography, videography and complete doentation of property inspections and assessments
- Collect and analyze the data on property characteristics, such as size, condition, location, last sales, rental values, and apply all other technical and market methodologies to evaluate and determine the value of residential or commercial property.
- Collaborate with colleagues, seniors and stakeholders to resolve assessment-related issues.
- Keep updated of market trends, regulations, and industry best practices in property valuation.
- Provide support and guidance to the client regarding valuation processes.
- Provide continuous and constructive internal feedback to improve processes and IT infrstructure
Requirements:
1. AssocRICS Valuer, Must be Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
2. Strong knowledge of property valuation methods and techniques.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Attention to details and ability to work independently and meet the deadlines.
6. Valid UAE driving license.
7. Available on short notice for early joining
