We are seeking a passionate and experienced Swimming Coach to join our team. As a Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating swimming lessons and training sessions for swimmers of all ages and abilities. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, monitoring swimmers' progress, and motivating them to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
Plan, conduct, and evaluate swimming lessons and training sessions for swimmers of all ages and abilities
Develop and implement training programs that focus on improving technique, stroke placement, speed, and style
Teach brand new swimming styles or strokes
Educate swimmers on water safety and provide lifesaving training sessions
Use a range of activities to improve water confidence
Record training sessions in order to analyze strokes, techniques, and monitor progress
Set training goals and objectives for teams as well as individual swimmers
Track swimmers' progress and provide feedback
Motivate swimmers to achieve their goals
Recruit new talent and prepare swimmers for meets
Supervise pool areas and enforce pool safety rules
Perform administrative tasks, such as measuring attendance, tracking pool usage, and completing other tasks as required
Candidates must have atleast one year experiance and should have valid license for the swimming classes
