\[ Active Directory Users and Groups Management and supporting to client users
\[ Administration of DNS, DHCP in Active directory environment.
\[ Windows systems administration including installing system Security Patches, reviewed tasks, issues, and recommend changes to reduce problem reoccurrences
\[ Office 365 maintenance and new user creation.
\[ Mailbox creation for the new users, Resolved Microsoft Outlook Issues
\[ Upgrading data network equipment to the latest stable firmware releases.
\[ Veeam Backup & Replication software installation and configuration. Schedule the backups as per requirement.
\[ Performed daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the Clustered Synology NAS.
