•Measure, alter and modify garments to achieve a perfect fit and meet customer requirements
•Collaborate with pattern makers, and other team members to ensure accurate implementation of designs
•Perform garment repairs, adjustments, and replacements as needed
•Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sewing machines, tools, and fabrics
•Adhere to deadlines and work efficiently to meet production targets
•Expertise in pattern making, garment construction, alterations, and fitting
•Solid knowledge of different fabrics, and appropriate handling techniques
•Able to communicate well with others
