Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and professional taxi drivers to provide safe and efficient transportation services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport passengers in a safe, comfortable, and efficient manner to their desired destination.
• Maintaining and safeguarding the car as well as ensuring all doents relevant to the car and driving are up to date and valid.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and providing assistance as needed.
• Collect fares and handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Follow relevant traffic and safety regulations to ensure safe transportation services.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic vehicle, both inside and outside.
• Report any issues or accidents that may occur during the journey to the relevant authorities or supervisor.
• Keep an accurate record of trips, passenger details, and vehicle maintenance logs.
Skills and Requirements:
• Proven experience as a taxi driver or relevant position.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Must possess good knowledge of city routes, landmarks, and attractions.
• Must be comfortable with handling payments and making change.
• High level of responsibility and regard for safety.
Education and Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements:
• The ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
• The ability to lift and move heavy luggage.
• A clear and articulate speaking voice.
