The Asset Management Team Leader is responsible for obtaining information from Finance records of the entity and Lead the team in Physical Asset Verification and Tagging of the Assets in accordance with policies and procedures.
In addition, this position requires knowledge and experience in managing different types of Asset Categories (IT Hardware, IT Software, Kitchen Equipment, Furniture and Fixtures, Plant and Machinery, Medical Equipment, Office Equipment, etc).
This position ensures the asset management personnel and account officers have: knowledge of all the assets retained and copies of documentation in order to create asset files in a proper format. The Team Leader will be in close communication with the Asset Manager, Project Manager, SMEs to ensure proper reporting and necessary information systems are maintained.
