Job Description

Responsible for all engineeri aspects of the company’s operations, inclusive of value engineering opportunities, construction and overall methodology, method statements, engineering design drawings, shop drawings and material submittals and follow up approval.

 
To manage the engineering team on the project site, provide directions, strategy, dai tasks and work plan for the team members.
To maintain good relationship with all project key stakeholders and the engineering team member.
To submit weekly and monthly reports for the engineering deliverables.
To increase the efficiency of the technical team performance using smart approaches,  And ensure the quality of deliverables with minimum budget for the staff. To be member of the project steering committee and contribute in all important strategic decisio for project.  
Construction Management 


Participate in the development of  the  project program consistent with contracted constraints   
Contribute in the development of the PQP. 
Contribute in Construction management plan CMP “Participate in the strategy, plan, coordination and execution of all major and minor project activities utilizing consultants and subcontractors coordination and technology” 
Contribute in preparing the logistic plan and submit for consultant approval. 
Participate in the preparation of the mobilization plan. 
With HSE manager, QAQC manager, to Contribute in preparing  and submitting the site evacuation plan 
With HSE manager, Construction manager, contribute in preparing and submitting of traffic management plan. 
Contribute in the preparation of HSE plan

DC system and procedures
Set up the company DC system on the project site and ensure it’s compliance with IMS procedures. 
Implement all relevant company Integrated Management System processes and procedures on the project.
Technical and Engineering Management:
Ensure all engineering work is produced in accordance with the company’s Policies and Standards.
Coordinate and interface closely with all Project Directors and Project Managers to ensure no delay or interruption with current ongoing engineering functions while overall company engineering function is standardized, enhanced and centralized
Manage to review operating procedures and systems and develop these to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage to present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
Close Out 
Facilitate the process of the project close out with QAQC manager, including but not limited to the As built, WIR, O&M manuals in order to obtain the TOC.
HR
Participate in the establishment of a Staff Organizational Chart that includes all mobilization and demobilization dates
Support in hiring, interviewing required staff members.
To manage the Technical team member‘s Annual Leave during project duration
Participate in the planning for any associated emergency leave situations for all team members
Understand your career path and that for each project team member and support all forward growth
Create a monitor for all Self-Performed Submissions productivity rates, follow all associated activities and maintain detailed records for the KPIs.
On a annual basis, support the evaluation of the performance of each assigned team member according to company policy and procedure
Support retain 100% of the site project team
Participate in the addressing and settling of  all disputes between team members, subcontractors, consultants or any outside entity 
To manage all HR related issues for the technical team members in support of a highly motivated, committed and loyal staff
