Job Title: TECHNICAL COORDINATOR

•Experience in coordination of all civil works. Should be able to coordinate with the architectural structural and MEP drawings.
•Coordinate with the Consultants to obtain approval on any deviations in the drawings.
•Efficiently implement consultant requirements along with the execution team.
•Assist the Project Manager in the civil work to plan in order to meet the deadlines.
•Review the design modification during the construction stage and assist the Project Manager to review the cost and time impact.
•Ensure doent control and engineering schedule as implemented effectively on the site.
Graduate degree in Civil Engineering
8-10 years of experience in the construction industry as Technical Head and 5 to 7 years’ experience as Coordinator.
