The Middle East Broadcasting Networks, Inc. (MBN) is seeking for an experienced TOC Operator to operate Technical Operations Center equipment in both automated and li situations for multiple channels. This position location is required for Dubai, UAE.
The TOC Operator is responsible for providing technical operations support including providing video and audio ingest from satellite and fiber sources, shows from multiple sources, QC video from remotes, monitor squeeze backs, and crawls.
Incumbent will monitor network transmissions for quality control in addition to solving /troubleshooting problems in a crisis, i.e., perform disaster recovery procedures.
The TOC Operator will be operating Media Asset Management system to record various feeds from field reporters or content from domestic and overseas bureaus.
The Incumbent will be operating routers, waveform monitors, Vector scopes and vid equalization equipment.
The Incumbent will record broadcast elements received via satellite and fiber feeds. Moreover, will inserting critical metadata for recorded feeds.
