RESPONSIBILITIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Provides work direction and participates in the construction, installation, operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of electronic, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications equipment, scientific instrumentation, video surveillance systems, and other various systems.
Enforces safety policies and recommends changes to meet safety standards and laws.
Leads staff to complete assigned duties, which may include scheduling work, making work assignments, managing performance, and recommending personnel actions.
Performs the same work as those supervised.
Inspects work in progress and completed work to ensure standards are met.
Inspects, identifies, and assists to correct unsafe conditions, ensures safety procedures are followed, and reports workplace incidents.
Performs inventory control, ensuring adequate levels of parts, equipment, and supplies.
Facilitating inspections of materials Developing and training of calibration plans and be instrumental in supporting various departments with writing specifications, performing and supervising continuous improvement initiatives, quality audits and other duties as assigned
Collecting and compiling management data and reports as required by administration or as necessary for effective operations management and project billing and reviewing billing invoices
Oversee and direct departmental activities to insure proper planning and scheduling of tasks, projects and purchasing activities
Responsible for department documentation, and insuring closure with emphasis on Facilities Change Request and Deviations
Oversees patient flow
Troubleshoots mechanical equipment problems and ensures compliance to manufacturer specifications
Responsible for training, evaluating, motivating and discipline of staff
Proactively identifies process and technical improvements that will minimize incidents and disruptions, reduce costs, and improve capacity and availability
Act as a technical liaison between multiple departments
Requirements
Equivalence Certificate – ADQCC for Technical Supervisor (valid) or Assessment Certificate for Technical Supervisor is required
Available in UAE and can join immediately.
7 to 10 years’ experience in UAE
