Integrate end-to-end paradi for external payment vendors, banks, and acquirers
Handle payment processing including, cred cards, gift cards, loyalty cards, EBT, and ACH payment
A (Electronic Funds Transfer) and Credit Card Payment Processing
Troubleshoot transaction issues and solve merchant inquires in a timely fashion
Supervise the merchant settlement process both in terminal capture and host capture environment
Provide solution implementation including systems set-ups developments and integration testing and user training
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate solutions with operations, functional, and technical teams
Communicate directly with business partners to understand their needs and lead them to solutions
Understanding and execution of organizational goals and objectives
Data and servers monitoring of Payment gateways
Payment gateway and to troubleshoot merchant issues by helping the Bank’s merchant-facing teams
Vendor coordination for new developments, issues & fixes
Performing preventive maintenance activities on core applications
PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) Requirements and Certification process
Understanding of Payments Processing Industry
Candidates must be able to develop solutions to problems, as well as manage multiple issues at the same time
Should have knowledge regarding Payment Gateways.
Relevant experience minimum of 2+ years in Banking and Merchant acquiring payment gateways
